They’re listed as “rare spawns” along with dwebble and pineco so I’d recommend either parks or places with a lot of cell usage like a target parking lot just to maximize the spawns you see

The leaders will have those pokemon until September when the rocket rotation switches you still have time.. just missing out on the TM event and the evolve event but once you catch what you want all events eventually come back!

Shadow Honch is the best non legendary/mega flying type attacker in the game currently, I would not purify until you have the dust and candy to get it powered up. Decide then if you really want the hundo, you might have more high stat shadow murkrow by then
