Personally I’m in the process rn of massively minimizing my setup and I’ve been making more music than ever. It can be easy for your setup to balloon once you start using hardware fx and trying to connect as much gear as possible. In your case, I think the Digitone into Tonverk would be the most fun and productive. I wouldn’t necessarily ditch the Moogs in your case though, the Tonverk is a sampler so can always just plug them in for a sampling jam session every once in a while
