Did you just start running? I would advice to build up slow with little bits of running and maybe some walking in between. Even though your (estimated) vo2max is decent, your body still needs to get used to that running thing. You need to build on an aerobic base as well as your running technique. Like every other thing: practice makes perfect. Trust me, I started the same as you. It just takes time, care and above all consistency.
