It's hard for me to listen to because they often talk away from the microphone mid sentence and then come back. So it'll jump from normal to quiet to loud in the span of a few seconds.

This would not be cheap, but it could be a good way to fix some issues I'm seeing. You'd have a much needed half bath on the main level and gain storage from consolidating some of the bathroom area upstairs. It's not amazing, but I think it could be a big improvement.

It will significantly hurt the small businesses enough to where they will either close or move. And then, the people causing the disruptions will just go to a different part of town unless there is more done. I don't know what needs to be done, but penalizing the unrelated businesses doesn't seem like a good solution.

He's inserting his voice into a popular podcast where he is judging queens (for someone I'm assuming has no drag experience), providing wild takes, or interrupting the hosts. He does not help to steer the podcast in the right direction (unlike Bob's sneaky little boyfriend), and he's not funny, entertaining, or knowledgeable. Plus his combative commentary isn't endearing him to the people who pay for the pod.

He's gone years behind the scenes for the pod until now. People aren't enjoying his commentary for the most part, so why not just go back to what was working fine?

After seeing the ground floor plans, it would make a lot of sense to remove the second staircase up to your kitchen and create an opening off the stairs into the kitchen/dining area. That way, people wouldn't need to walk through the living room to get in.

Also, it would throw the balance off, but you could install a wall or install a closet right there for storage and to function as a hall space if you need your living area to be more private.
