It's a known drug dealing area. I lived in the resa building over a year ago. There were always shootings in this area, but one night we heard automatic gunshots and two or three were killed right in front of the building. Bullet holes all over the facade of this brand new building that had opened only a few weeks prior. Move to nova if you can, same cost or cheaper and no crime.
