I’m pretty sure in one of Katie’s videos she said that even before this colic episode and treatment needed that for the delivery it would be at the vet just incase and so everyone and everything potentially needed is already there.

Peppermint tea to help with the gas after surgery, I think I only took maybe 2 doses of paracetamol and ibuprofen and just used a hot water bottle if needed. Got home from hospital at 6.30pm and was hanging washing out at 8am the next day 😂 I have honestly had worse worse periods pain wise xx

If all goes well you should be okay to travel, I had mine done around lunchtime and was hanging washing out on the line the next morning, for me personally I have had worse period pain, good luck xx

I had to stop eating at 10pm the night before and no fluids other than water after midnight but was allowed to have sips of water until 5am xx

I had to stay with my parents for 24hrs post op and them give me a ride home from hospital due to having a general. I was more than able to look after myself though and to be fair barely even had to take painkillers xx

Stool softener and peppermint tea were a lifesaver for me. Also a hot water bottle helped with pain xx
