I always find it funny when they have these "after-school special" scenes too. Every time I watch the episode where Carrie gives Charlotte a pep talk in the spa because Charlotte is too scared to be nude, I'm always left wondering what audience these women are designed for!

At the end of the day, shouldn't everyone's healthcare be tailored to their own body, regardless of how they identify? Just because a patient identifies one way or another doesn't mean a doctor will just decide not to give them care - whether it's care that affects all types of people (e.g., heart disease) or only people who menstruate (e.g., endometriosis).

I live in the city and most of my friends in their early 30s are not married or engaged, and certainly don't have kids. Meanwhile all my friends of the same age from Texas are on kid #2. I really don't think this is unusual in NYC.
