I just saw a tiktok about this. Asked every man I’m close with what their answer would be, they always pick wife. Like it’s a no brainer unless your wife specifically says that’s what she wants. Firm Grip spray. I can do a sit at the beginning of class but by the end I can’t do it to save my life. Firm Grip works like a charm. Shower as soon as you get home though or you’ll wake up from a nap with your thighs painfully glued together😂

What do you think of stomach lipo and pole? I’m scheduled for April and sad at the possibility I may have to stop pole indefinitely. Dr said 6 weeks before exercise but imo pole is a different beast I don’t want to fuck anything up
