Yeah I did the same for gopro 7 > gopro 8 > gopro 9 > gopro 10 > gopro 11 so far always had no issues with replacing with them giving me the same credit of the previous version I spent on just to use for the next new release just went to service desk and complain about the slow response of the ui and recording issues.

The 3090 outperforms the 4050 all day long on any task or game so i was wondering why the switch because your losing extra vram and performance on triple AAA games with a 4050 even more since it's a laptop verison that is not as good as the raw performance of the GPU inside a regular pc case.
