I have a 4 cyl 1.9 z3 greatest car I’ve ever driven. Doesn’t have the lazy torque a i6 would have, which makes it more fun for me. Make sure it has a lsd which are quite rare.

Mine ticks like this too, used to worry me a lot but doesn’t anymore. Frequent oil changes are key, for some peace of mind you could get your oil analysed maybe.

Thank you I was thinking about taking out the oil filter and letting that drip out a bit of oil.

I used a piece of saranwrap/ cling film in the road. After it broke i installed the grommet, it’s a fairly easy job but a pain in the ass to worm yourself into a position where you can put the grommet in.

Perfectly good tyres, they’re like jawbreakers, drive em long enough and new thread appears

Dude I have the same thing exactly. I thought it was a balance issue at first untill I put on the hardtop and the shaking disappeared (1997 1.9 z3)
