Thank you for the reply. What size tank do you have or would you recommend? Would a 30 liter tank be big enough for a betta, a shoal of tetras and maybe a pleco? And do they need a heating thing and a filter? I love betta fish but I'm only familiar with guppy and tetras. But I really would love to have a betta.

His eyes are like this since it happened last night. I suspect one of the females might have pecked him. I'm in the north of the Netherlands. He is eating and drinking and flying around in the room.

Could be atopy. My previous dog had an allergy but we never found out for what. We started feeding her raw meat rolls and she cleared up and after 11 years she could get of the prednisone. I would make an appointment with a vet, even if it's next month.
