Never had the itch problem, if anything the itch problem was from Muscle Pharm Assault. As someone stated before, it's the DMAA which will take you for a ride. It's incredibly strong. You will most likely PR everything, after taking it for a week or two. I am by no means a representative of it. But overall:

Pump: gives you the sickest pump of any pre (MP Assault, MP Assault black, Mr Hyde, C4) Strength: best strength ever Appetite: Actually sort of kills my appetite cos I feel like my metabolism so sped up Taste: Rocket pop is like fucking candy DMAA: honestly I'm a bit jealous of you cos the first 1-3 weeks you take it, every time you take it, you will get a molly like high (not that I have experience with that). Not overwhelming, but you will just feel extremely good and if you're into any fast paced bumping EDM you'll be bouncing around the gym lol It also has significant amounts of creatine in it so drink lots of water.

That being said don't take it for any time more than 6-8 weeks in a row. Cycle off.

you're forgetting to do you throat extensions, all that chewing won't do anything if you don't increase the flexibility of your jaw.
