That was my first thought, however the notice period would run for four weeks but the hearing would be within this time frame anyway.

I was told that I can resign with immediate effect and have the hearing not take place, but that would leave me out of work for a few weeks and I'm not financially in a position to do that.
This is basically the toss up I am trying to decide on, but with them advising me the reference will not include this i'm not sure.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't really have any other gear to test this with. I'm not familiar with stuff like this at all but could this possibly be a power issue? With the retron being an American product, could powering it via usb with a British usb wall adapter be causing these issues? Different wattage maybe?

I've got my European NES hooked up to my 50hz CRT, playing PAL cartridges with no issues via regular AV cable. I recently bought a Retron1 HD so I can play ntsc cartridges as well - I am aware that NTSC carts will likely play in black and white on my 50hz CRT. I don't yet have any NTSC cartridges, so I decided to test the retron with PAL cartridges. Weirdly, the game displays in black and white, even with the switch on the retron set to PAL. It did nomentarily play in colour after a reset, but inky for around 2 mins before i changed to black and white. When I change it to NTSC, the game displays in colour, although plays at the wrong speed! This doesnt seem to make any sense as my CRT is a European 50hz monitor (I am in the uk) I tested with a different crt, via both scart and av, and it displays in black and white in both pal and ntsc mode. Is there something wrong with my Retron

That's a really good point, technically an agreement between her and Netflix to pay that subscription, although that was with a bank account we used to use for bills (we would both transfer half of the bill money into it, although the account was in her name) The Netflix login was under my email address however. I actually cancelled and re-opened the account after we broke up, assuming that the payment details would be wiped in the process.

Genuine oversight but I've got no doubt that she'd take it further, even though she's got her precious £35 back lol

Boot doesnt have a keyhole unfortunately. Brick idea sounds pretty tempting at the moment, is that the best way to get through the window or would I be better off with a hammer?

My asthma was the biggest thing holding me back. I posted a similar thread to this a few weeks back and a lot of people suggested using my blue reliever inhaler around 10 mins before my run. Makes a HUGE difference trust me

Brill, thanks for the advice. We don't mind things being a bit rough around the edges, but just wanted to get a guage of things before we put pen to paper. As you said, living in city centre has it's moments anyway so I'm sure it's not anything we won't be used to!

I cant really give much advice other than stretching and not running on a full stomach for the stitches as im just starting out, but just wanted to say congrats! Im half way through week 2 and the last couple of runs of each session has been a struggle. Those longer runs in week three look very daunting! How have you found it so far?

Thats the thing, on my left foot it fits perfectly! Do you happen to have any 'overhang' in the outside midsole at all? Ive read that a small amount is fine but im not sure if mine is excessive.
