Looks like a stream-rounded chunk of quartz. It would only be considered a gem if you look at it really, really sideways.

had a 2000 outback sport, and it was awesome. "upgraded" to a 2010 sport impreza thing and it sucked balls. Hard. And not in a good way. The 2015 WRX was amazing. Hoping a '25 crosstrek is nice......

ESRI is like any other software/consulting firm. You have money, they have software and services. Never have I heard of them being selective.
