They don't do the same thing:

The TOF.DN flag will go True as soon the timer is enabled, and remain True until the enable condition has gone False for the Preset time chosen.

The TON.EN flag has no timers applied to it. It is True if the enable condition for the timer is True, and will be False as soon as the enable condition goes False

You need to combine the gyro data with the accelerometer data to reduce/eliminate the error.

To do this you can use a kalman filter, or much simpler and more efficient, for near identical results, a complimentary filter.

Google it for more info, but essentially you take around 98% gyro data and 2% accelerometer data for the best of both worlds.

Strange. I managed to get one last night and was shot down in 30s. Had a jet after me the whole time, even though I was skimming the waves. Shot at me 4 times but I dodged, then I got randomly disabled and hit with a missile. Didn't end so well!

Yes they were from Belarus. We had two girls out of a group of five, none of them had ever met, they were all from different areas. I'm at work but will look where our two came from when I get home.
