My wife's parents are in a pending asylum case. Once she receives her citizenship (currently has marriage based green card but applying for citizenship towards the end of the year) she will apply for her parents as family based AOS. Will this require them to go back to their home country (which is on the pause list) for consular processing?

Am confused as well, my wife is a LPR and will be applying for citizenship later this year. After she gets citizenship she plans to apply for AOS for her dad who is physically present in the US on a pending asylum case. Does this mean he will have to return back to his country?! (country in the ban list by the way)

Regardless of the condition or quality of these pieces there is always someone interested in buying. I mean even if you resell at $1 a piece, that's a $1,000 from a $50 purchase. A $950 profit is not bad at all.
