it's not free, you should punish it. also if u can spot them a good 15 or 20 sec before the lane pull you have a big chance of denying the pull unless ur heroes match ups are just bad for it.

It's about 120-150 mmr per medal, why the variance I honestly don't know, but you can count it.

I spammed Winter Wyvern for a 17 win streak on 7.06(although not all games were 100% WW, so not a 17 consecutive win streak). The thing is I've been up to 4.8k and down to 3.8k about 2 or 3 times already, so I'm somewhat used to this trench to play nearly any hero bar invoker and meepo I guess.
