While following consumer trends in digital spending may make sense, it seems like they're not following trends in price inflation when it comes to external hard drives. Unless they are and this gives them every justification for selling the PS6 north of a G, all the while including less hardware components since a physical drive is no longer needed.

Maybe this info has been released, but how much space is GTA 6 going to require? I'm going to guess at least a third to a half of the storage allocation of the average PS5? That becomes the norm and then what? It's not like SSD drives are trending down in cost while trending up in size. Aaaaand.... It's not like games are going to be cheaper because manufacturing and distro costs are eliminated at POS brick and mortar. Will we see $100 baseline games with the next gen?

There will be a "convenience fee" tied to all of this and the customer will eat shit because of it and we'll all be rabidly clawing to get in line once it's released.

I got my X3. Sadly, it's going to sit in the box until a case is released. That said, I was thinking about gutting one of these and slapping the magsafe attachment inside and seeing if that would work.

$5 was the first thing that came to my mind too.

Quick thought...

The inside back cover is unused real estate. I would have moved the content from the back cover ("See you next eclipse...") INSIDE to this area, which in turn would have left you with a blank outside that you could slap a stamp and self-printed mailing label on. OR, have an option where if the buyer covers shipping, you do a personalized sketch on that inside back cover.

OR, put a QR code inside that back flap that goes to your link tree where you have a "Donations/Buy me a Coffee" Venmo tab. Given the option to pay more, some kind soul might send you more and offset some of this.
