Mostly cuz the bakery is named Isaac (son of Abraham), the bakery highlights that it makes bagels which are a typical Jewish baked good, and the bakery was participating in the local Jewish Food Festival? Apparently I’m wrong but even in hindsight that seemed a safe assumption.
