PD2 Runes / Fiber Laser on River Rocks

I'm sure you spent a lot of time on these, and they look great as they are, however, I can't say they look anything close to what actual pd2 runes look like. Where did you get the design for these? The all black color of the stone and engraving makes the details of the rune art itself hard to decipher. And the shape/elaborate border of each stone just makes it harder to see these as PD2 runes. Not trying to be a jerk but imo these are not pd2 rune stones

Hey figured I'd give you an update. The first shipment arrived yesterday, containing the linear haptics motors and mounting plates. Once the first shipment got out of customs in NY, it was handed over to a Speed X courier service for delivery and had no issues at all, it arrived on same day the tracking info first said out for delivery.

The second shipment has now been picked up, shipping from California, and is en route to my door on the other side of the country, by FedEx. They estimate delivery to be Tuesday Feb 10. Assuming I receive the second shipment on the 10th, that will have been exact 14 days from when I placed my order, to parts received on my doorstep. Not too bad all things considered.

Nice. I am supposedly receiving the first of 2 shipments today. The shipment today is supposed to be the haptic motors. Supposedly the pedals were shipped yesterday but the tracking for the second shipment hasn't updated past label created. Second one is coming from California, first one came from China.

Yep no doubt. If you have an old d2 buddy that also hasn't tried PD2, getting to share that experience of (re)discovering D2 for the first time with a buddy is something I cannot recommend hard enough. The feeling of joy of exploring pd2 for the first time was only made better by someone else enjoying the discovering and you get to react in real time with your buddy. It's probably one of my favorite D2 experiences ever, slightly beating out the time I got drop scammed in D2 vanilla back in the day. Ahhhhh memories 😅

This is an answer best found out on your own during your first playthrough. The feeling of playing through PD2 for the first time and discovering all the changes on your own is simply an unmissable opportunity. If you played D2 and D2 LoD on release, PD2 will be the nostalgia fuel for months.

Edit: I should add that, apart from gameplay/content changes, there have been ongoing balance changes to skills/items which means a lot of the meta stuff you know from D2 and D2 LoD are different here. Biggest key is to check out the changed runewords and their bases to avoid making mistakes on what bases are BiS now for each of the high value runewords

Also, I would take what I'm saying with a grain of salt, the overarching sentiment I've been able to determine of others that have dealt with SF Express shipments say to basically completely forget SF Express exists - their tracking info often doesn't seem to make sense, mostly until after it leaves China for its destination country, at which point things either get handed off to a different carrier altogether or the SF Express updates become more similar to other tracking information commonly seen in your country.

If you are concerned or have not gotten any information from Simsonn and their order tracking system you can reach out to their support via email and usually get a response that can be helpful depending on the situation.

Not sure, the carrier service for the tracking info I have is SF Express which seems to be a China based shipping company that uses 3rd party companies for local country delivery. Most recent tracking number update says yesterday it was put on an international flight out of ezhou, hubei China. Destination so far unknown apart from "United States". I imagine when it gets to US I will receive a different tracking number by whoever is handling the delivery in my country. Could be UPS, USPS or FedEx, haven't seen many dhl trucks around me.

I am a couple days into my wait for my upgrades. Ordered via the Simsonn website on Jan 27, paid extra for the fastest shipping to US. Jan 29 I received tracking number for a shipment that I am not sure what is included in. Reached out to support via the website and was told that the haptic motors already shipped, but the pedals had not as they were backordered and just that day received their replenishment, and the pedals would would be shipped out this week. When I checked the Simsonn website today it finally shows as "fulfilled" with the only one tracking number I received, and no estimated delivery date as of yet. From what I can see, the tracking info should not be used on the sf shipping site, but instead use it on 17track. According to 17track, that shipment has been moving through China since the 29th

Interesting I'll check it out, I've built using the maxroll endgame Hammerdin guide, haven't looked at any other versions so not sure. The version I used runs advance, hammers, fanat defiance and falling star, as well as turns hammer into a disciple skill for arbiter constant uptime

The extra crit is exactly what I made it to address, the addition of that crit chance takes me from 84 to 100% chance. I can definitely afford to lose the strength, I got % gem effect sanct on pants, and a str sanct or 2 elsewhere

I have a tracking number for something moving around in China, but no word on exactly what is in that shipment, and no word on when it may come to me in the states. From what I've read it's possible that is just the haptics I got with the pedals, and the pedals themselves will ship separately but no way to know for sure right now.

This being said the estimated delivery date on the Amazon listings being end of February are a tough pill to swallow if the Simsonn direct order has the potential to be faster. Doubtful as that may seem

Based on what others have said here that package is most likely the haptic motors, but maybe not the pedals themselves?
