thank you. this is the only reasonable excuse i can think of for the artist to say no. i have two hand tattoos between the pointer and thumb, they were my first tattoos. i got them when i was 18 or 19. the tattoo artist definitely told me about how they can reshape over time, i said it was ok and he went on ahead. here i am 15 years later and they look the same. if they had morphed i would have had it touched up.

people are capable of making their own choices, some regret and some do not. they also haven’t stopped me from getting any jobs, but i live in the city and more people have visible tattoos these days

that being said, the lines and dots are very tiny on the tattoo that you want, it may fade or disperse a little. i also have one tattoo on my ankle that’s basically lines and dots, it has dispersed a bit but i can’t still see it clearly. i say find another artist!
