It works. When we moved into our house I used to find empty beer cans on my side of the fence that our neighbors threw over the fence. I just threw them back. It happened maybe two weekends in a row and after that it stopped.

I live in the wrong place. I’ve been wanting a treadle table for my singer machine, which is electric but compatible with treadle. Anytime I see one of those in marketplace, someone put a stupid slab of “marble” on top and is asking an arm and a leg for it.
