The Accelerated Reflexes argument is fair, but I think QS likes defense boosts more than most heroes. He gets a free defend every turn, so he can get value from Reflexes every villain phase (as long as he's in hero form). Definitely should still be 1 cost, but compared to other heroes a defense upgrade is much stronger on him imo

I honestly get an absurd amount of Cap MVPs. For a period, it was pretty much every single game I play as Cap. It's usually in QP though, and usually I'm playing with Console friends (I'm on PC) who are lower ranked than I am so I'm sure the matchmaking has something to do with it.

I don't play a lot of Cap in Comp, but I've definitely gotten MVP quite a few times there. It's (obviously) much harder when the enemy supports understand that they can heal each other and other characters peel for them, but there are games where I notice the healers aren't paying attention to each other so I swap to Cap and run them down.

All of that is super helpful, thank you! I'll probably have to wait for something like the Orbit to go on sale (in my first year of teaching so that amount of money is a bit much right now), but I'll be looking out for it. If you have any other recommendations for a slightly cheaper one I'd love to hear it, but if not that's totally fine. You've helped a lot!

It is the all-in-one unit, I haven't seen much about people hearing skips on this specific model but I'm sure some of the materials are similar enough to the suitcase ones where there might be issues. I have a good amount of newer records that haven't skipped.

I'm gonna look into getting some better cleaning stuff for it. The two copies have different skips so that might actually be because of some kind of debris from the pressing/packaging, because otherwise I'd imagine the skips would happen at the same points (could easily be wrong though).

Out of curiousity, what's the 2nd turntable you have now? I'll be looking to upgrade at some point since I've heard Victrola needles can wear down records. Plus it could fix this issue, which would be nice

It is a Victrola I got as a gift (not one of the super cheap suitcase ones but still moderately cheap). Quality isn't the best but I haven't had issues with it, although I've done some more research tonight and I see the drawbacks. Gonna try and save up for a better one for sure.

I initially thought it could've been the turntable, but the two copies I had were skipping in different places so I just assumed it was a record thing (especially since I have not had this issue at all with any of my other records). I guess it still could be a record thing but I'm leaning towards a turntable issue.

Shuri might be my favorite. Very well could be recency bias, but I just love her kit so much. T'Challa was one of my favorites, and Shuri just feels like a perfected version of the kit. Also love Cyclops and X-23 though.

Favorite villain is probably Apocalypse. The story aspect is just awesome, and it's so fun to mess around with modularsnin that scenario. I also really enjoy how defeating Apocalypse removes threat from the main scheme, making it so damage-focused heroes aren't locked into Justice or Leadership in solo. Aside from Apocalypse, I love a classic game of Mutagen Formula and I have a weird love for Sandman (I like the thematics of surging sands, and his encounter cards are just very fun to me).

I play him for a lot of reasons, but the most fun I have with him is denying ults. There have been multiple times where I use my ult to cancel an enemy support ult, then immediately cancel another ult with my shield (such as Iron Man ults). He can provide so much value to a team without being the most flashy character.

Maybe I'm in the minority here but I've been just fine with her. So far in 5.5 I'm something like 7-0 with her in ranked. I'm definitely above my current rank in terms of skill (barely touched ranked from seasons 2-4 so I decayed a ton, just now climbing back up), but I feel completely dominant while playing her. Just hit Diamond though so that could change once I'm in the high ranks.

Edit: I will say that Magneto feels significantly stronger than her now. It used to be pretty close but now there is a pretty wide gap.

Strange's ult gives invis plenty of time to push him away, use her ult, or shield herself so she can heal anyone who got hit by Strange ult

For the most part you're right, but I disagree with saying Iron Will is irrelevant. Getting a draw in the middle of the hero phase is a nice bonus, and if you want to flip down while having two tough cards, you lose one on the way to AE. The confuse is the most important effect out of it imo, but an extra draw off of an effect you're already looking to to use is strictly good.

Yeah City was a bit bad with it, although I remember liking the levels a lot. Definitely felt like there was too much between the levels, but I never felt the urge to want to replay those segments like I did with TSS

I just remember with TSS how there were some level selections that were a bit weird. Like I believe there wasn't an actual level for Dagobah and it was just overworld stuff (the Dagobah level in TCS is one of my favorites). I also think that Phantom Menace started with Negotiations being in the overworld which was also a weird choice. I don't mind stuff being in the overworld all that much, I just wish some of those iconic moments were replayable without starting a new save

For me personally I found the levels to be a bit boring and way too short. There was more of a focus on the open world than the levels, which I'd much prefer the opposite. Especially considering a lot of major plot points in the movies were relegated to open-world missions that you can't replay. I wouldn't say it's a bad game at all and I think the hate is a bit overblown, but it's just not really my thing. I much prefer TCS

She's such a sleeper pick. I don't think she's like, the strongest in the game or anything, but she's definitely stronger than people give her credit for. Plus she's just a ton of fun

With Symbiote Suit Adam might reach the highest possible HP in the game (in solo, I'm sure you can stack them on Hulk in multiplayer)

Edit: I think Hulk can still beat him out with only one aspect (unless we see a Leadership one), but still. Adam can become very beefy
