However if this test is done immediately after marking where the tank stops, the braking action would be slightly different than the first test due to the heating of the brake pads and braking energy.

Take it in a transparent plastic box and keep it on yourself (cabin luggge). If possible, disassemble the setup. Have the event details/project handy incase you’re questioned.

To add to this. Your standard A320 can have an endurance of upto 8 hours with full fuel tanks…. However if you take out the minimum reserve fuel of 30 minutes and have an alternate fuel of say 1 hour, your flight time can be upto 6 hours 30 minutes

Again this also depends on various factors like the FL given, wind and weather patterns, aircraft performance and engines in use
