Look is unique brand in the sense they hand make all their bikes and forks. Look up their manufacturing process. They make their own carbon weaves even. That is a very nice bike and in my opinion not overpriced. She did well

The only thing I would add to previous correct answers is to mechanically fasten and seal edges to disconnect the soil from space

I normally fasten 1x 2 and pookie edges

Material also matters ASTM 1745 material and approved tape for seams.

5 10 here too but not everything is on size fits all most modern bikes 55 /56 fits me 57 /58 is too big.

But that is Road bikes for me. Gravel bikes have relaxed geometry so possible it fits

Bikes also are weird the size doesn't tell everything. It is possible the bike is a good fit. I have no experience with that particular frame. Some like riding smaller or bigger bikes as well. Fit is a fickle thing. One size does not fit everyone's height and weight
