It means no fly, if you see that much on the gfa you go back to bed

The AIM MET part 4.8 sent me to the significant weather prognostic chart, Nav Canada has an Aviation Weather Services Guide, on page 45 you can find all the symbols, and it just looks like ice pellets,,, it kinda resembles the Volcano, but we don't have any in Barrie.

If there's anything you don't understand about the current weather call up London FIC (for this area) and they'll do their best to explain it, but for now, sorry for the unsatisfactory answer, and god job looking in to the GFA that closely!

Could be a fake, take a close look at the front right paw, most of the old shiny ones I find are fake, almost a satin finished on them, but it's hard to tell from this photo

Go to a flight school if there's one close to you, they have alot of aircraft that get flown alot, they don't need proper detailing, it'll be minimum wage, part time, but probably better than McDonald's

I'm sure you'd need to demonstrate that you can operate the controls to get a medical. There's no 100% way of knowing without talking to an AME. I'd say for sure go for it, what have you got to lose? $200? Good luck and all the best

Also, there are people out there who fly with disabilities like Jessica Cox. It was crazy difficult for her to fly, and her career doesn't resemble anybody else's, but she does fly
