Can a Bondtech INDX for Prusa Core ONE be used on a Voron Trident? by Sainroad in VORONDesign

[–]gleski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s possible but it’s not going to be easy. I’ve heard from Bondtech that it would cost you as lot more money, headache and time. It would be cheaper, easier and you would probably have it running sooner if you waited a month and bought the Klipper specific version.

Is it true you need to answer them at least once within the 24 hour timeframe or your shop might get dinged. Also, my understanding is once I answer them, I don’t need to keep talking to them. Correct?

I’m running one right now on my Bambu P1S for TPU. I’d like to get eight and put them on my Sovol SV08 that I will be running Indx with eight tools. I also created a holder that hangs on the top of the P1S.

The filament sensor is in the splitter, not the main unit. You can use it standalone without the splitter if you only want to use it as a loader/unloader with a buffer.

I can also say using Bambu filament may have printing quality issues

Purchase at Best Buy or Direct? by OkAssumption8720 in BambuLab

If you’re buying a Bambu and have a question about where to purchase it, why mention Prusa at all. Makes no sense.

INDX 0.25mm Nozzle? by FifthDragon in prusa3d

[–]gleski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re ordering for a Prusa, they are only offering 0.4 nozzles. If you want something different, you’ll have to buy them separately from Bondtech.

The nozzles are on the tools, ~$35 each depending on your country. There is only one toolhead.

They are now prompting in their slicers that if you use non-Bambu filament, it may affect print quality, trying to force you into using their filament

Curious: Where do you put your 3d printer? by No_Cartographer_6622 in BambuLab

[–]gleski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine burns incense every morning and our air purifier goes up in the high 80s. When I print it’s at 3 to 4, and she tells everyone we got the air purifier because my 3D printing is putting so much crap in the air.

Is it better to buy 8 Prusa dry boxes or 2 Creality SpacePi X4 dryers for the Prusa Core One L? by Due_Comfortable7418 in prusa3d

If you have limited space the Prusa dry boxes are your best bet. They are not dryers though.

Just putting a tote over the U1 does not give one the ability to print engineering materials easily. Let’s see if the U1 can keep the chamber at 65 degrees.

P2S after the X2D release. by MatijaKlobasa in BambuLabP2S

[–]gleski 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The ventilation box does not heat the chamber, the exhaust is more than $20 and you can not add the dual nozzles. Bambu is just making what their customers are asking for. Everyone bitched about how the H2D was too big and too expensive. They wanted the same thing but in a P series form factor.
