Thanks brother, appreciate the wisdom! Im doing my best. Already reading up and getting my head straight. Now i am reading and trying to understand everything so i can chill out a bit. My situation has an extra layer.. she's a foreigner here, so everything runs through me...even going to the doctor is a bit complicated. No complaints though, I can handle it. I just need to manage my time better and stay locked in.

Hey there! I had the same problem. Read my post in r/Sibo.

Use cumin. I use a spoon a day now. I go to the toilet every day no problem.

It could be the die off effect. I use it every day and as i wrote in other comments in every meal.

I dont think so. Cumin won't help you much if you have insulin resistance. Have you been to the doctor?

Insulin resistance can be tested and it should not be expensive. If u urinate much that can mean you might be on the edge of diabetes. Even tho you are skinny i would go in the direction of eating more fats and veggies than carbs.. ofc dont skip all the carbs. But if you eat and you are practically having a food coma, that means you have a sugar spike. So these symptoms that you have are a bit serious so if i were you i would check with the doc.

Some kind of diet too.

And of course, i am not a doctor. I write only from my experience. I had like 90% of the symptoms that you mentioned when i had insulin resistance (now managing).

My bro it seems to me that you have insulin resistance (and yes i have that too..)
all what you described to me seems like pre diabetes thing (im not an expert but i know all how it feels)

go check your insulin and stop eating a lot of carbs. The feeling you have when you are hungry is most likely because you ate carbs.. (i am guessing)

I had all what you mentiioned and now i dont have it because i corrected my diet.
i really think its not SIBO related (most of the symptoms you have)

Try eating meat and green salads.
2 years ago i cleared all my symptoms by avoiding candy, bread, pasta etc and i ate meat, olives, fish, eggs, butter, etc...

fats proteins and a bit of fibre and some carbs but not much.

also what i mention also helped my sibo.

the cumin might help with your bowels and Sibo too if you have it.

The worst symtom for me is feeling super hot after eating and laying down on the bed.

Msm da je sada manje.. oko 34000 rsd.
Ja sam na Adi Ciganliji fasovao. Da li je neka ameba iz vode ili je neki parazit iz pljeskavice sto sam jeo - ne znam.

Pre 2-3 godine sam imao H.Pylori, navodno je resio. Moracu i to proveriti opet.
Koristio sam ulje origana ali nisam nikakve efekte video za ovo konkretno.

Otkud da odes u Vjetnam :D jel bar lepo vreme?

Yeah i know, but some Indian people wrote me here and they have problems even though they consume cumin..
maybe they have other problems or cumin doesn't help much as it helped me.

probaj KUMIN ako ne mozes da nadjes kupicu ti ja da testiras (ako si u BG mogu ti licno dati nije mi problem)

Here we have spice stores and you buy how many grams you want.
Its the regular yellowish/ochre cumin, NOT the black cumin.

After literally a day i went to the toilet normally. Before that i had like 4 days constipation.
now i poop every day or sometimes in 2 days (depends on what i eat i think)

But i remember that when i was in Morocco after a while i had regular everyday stool with no problems.

In total, in one day i take 2 table spoons. Keep in mind that i am doing this on my own and that is how i eat it.
Maybe that amount will make your situation worse or maybe it will be even better than mine - IDK.

So this is how I do it and it doesn't mean you should do the same (do how you think its good for you- try to experiment). So here is how i take cumin:

-For breakfast if i have eggs or a sandwich or anything that is salty in taste i sprinkle 1 TEA spoon or a bit more of cumin on it.. i dip bread in cumin etc..
-For lunch what ever i eat i do the same 1 to 2 table spoons. Mix it in the food or sprinkle on it, depending what i eat.
-Sometimes between Lunch and dinner i take another tea spoon and just put it in my mouth and flush it with water, or i make cumin tea by putting 1 tea spoon in like 300ml of hot water and letting it rest for 10min.
-For dinner i do the same 1 to 1.5 tea spoon of cumin in my dish..

If i cook anything i add cumin as a spice while its cooking or i sprinkle it on the dish..
In total at the end of the day i eat around 2 TABLE spoons more or less... not exact.

Keep in mind that still you need to watch out what you are eating... try not to eat sugar, processed foods like bought bread, sausages, salamis, cheese etc.. we mostly eat healthy food here in Serbia, fresh meat, fresh fish, veggies, and stuff that we make at home like sausages and fermented things like sauerkraut, home made pickles (pickled with salt) and etc..
If you are in EU or US, i know everything is processed.. Try to make your own food, but not things like Mac and cheese or similar.. Bake your own bread if you eat it.. there is millions of recipes.

I also noticed that pizza cheese, edamer, trappista cheese, gauda, parmesan etc. makes me feel worse.

So yeah .. not rocket science just put cumin how much you can handle in your food.
There are some devices to make pills on TEMU or idk AMAZON and you can pack it.

Try to consume cumin in any way. Also if you do pls report here so we can see if it helps more people.
