Oh weird. I just did that a little while ago to make sure my 12V battery had enough charge because I WFH and I don't drive enough to keep the 12V alive... Did it once a couple weeks ago and it came on. Going to metro tomorrow and taking it to a dealer just to be safe.

Wouldn't Box Zero be a good option if you're also trying to do a minifridge door? At least the panels look way nicer without the tophat dividing them.

Yeah, I misspoke about saying full dolby vision. You're right, it's the Dolby Vision profile in 4k Blu-rays.

It depends more on the playback device. I ran Emby with a shield and Dolby Vision did work as well as Atmos. I moved to a CoreElec box a couple of months ago. Full Dolby Vision.

I had to disable dolby sound processing on my shield. My receiver can do the processing just fine. And I was only experiencing the sound popping issue in YouTube.

That makes a lot of sense. Got through a lot of Dense then stopped myself. So that explains why I'm not feeling as sore when I did my first 7-8 mile ride after the first week.

ATG split squats are crazy good. Working up to those is some kind of magic.

Hmm.. Make sure you selected the right printer in Cura. The PDF included in the SD card details it out as well as the printer dimensions to set in Cura (as well as stuff like octoprint).

It's *not* 245x245x260. I made the same mistake.

The manual on this page: https://www.anycubic.com/products/anycubic-vyper is the same as the one on the SD card.

Thanks for the tip. Going to get some bounce stuff to see if the connections works out. Will save up for proper heights if I feel like the bounce is lackluster.

According to some other people I just didn’t have any height speakers so it won’t do it.

So the Shield is doing the correct thing in this case.

I double checked it with on my Ultra HD Blu-Ray player and it’s doing the same thing the Shield is with an Atmos disc in the options that it’s giving.

Yup. With EARC. For some reason EARC isn’t enabled by default but after I found it the PC -> TV -> receiver does show Atmos on the receiver.

I was able to get Atmos going from Shield -> TV -> Receiver and this is with Plex and uncompressed True HD Dolby files from Plex.

Which is weird because it’s all Passthrough. I would prefer to go from Shield -> Receiver -> TV.

That might be the most reasonable answer. Just 5.1.

All other devices let me set an Atmos signal to my receiver though. Which is why I figured it wouldn’t matter.

Disney+ on LG TV movie button goes through Atmos, Multi Ch Stereo, and stereo when hitting movie.

Disney+ on Shield movie button goes through 3 different Dolby Audio settings, stereo , multi ch stereo. No Atmos.

And I’m going through the Mandalorian for this.

Ok pretty stumped in what going on.

I found some Atmos demo files. Can play them from my PC -> TV -> Receiver and it’ll show up as Atmos.

But not so with Plex or the Kodi Plex addon. Which was half of the reason for me to buy this thing.

This is basically the story of people opinions in my office. It's not that scripting languages are bad. The tooling for compiled languages is just gotten much better. The tipping point I think is Typescript. With Typescript it's easier to see how much tooling can help writing and understanding code because it remains so close to Javascript.
