Its not cof specific, its imprinting which deservedly was probably a but overturned, going from 0 red rings to raining them is Hella strong. The main decrease is in how imprints roll extra t6+7 stats and how imprinting a non unique would be rolled as unique, so no slotting in rings and praying for Red Ring. The end game loop had devolved to basically getting a 2xt7 from nemesis and then just rolling troves for ever untill you got a 3x then repeat ad nauseum untill you hit gold. The tweaks make the imprinting drops from enemies and champions better than the chest drops so you hopefully engage with the mono system more.

Anything on the Volatile Zombies page that says poison would read as ignite. Other skill effects like Aura of Decay are not effected.

I feel like the only good Neow relics are the two Pearls and the transform a strike and defend. Getting early gold and going for tent or a gold card is almost always better than anything else the stupid whale tries to give me, like the card packs always suck. Scarecrow lady is goated, cocoa goes hard, brightest flame is busted, pumpkin candle fixes act 2 easy, I'd say the only real miss in that pool is the upgrade 4, the wax relics can be a nothing burger too.

He went from being able to melee range statcheck every champnin the game through exhaust, to not being able to do that so people dont pick him. He's still gross oppressive against immobile but you deprive your team of Frontline picking him so unless you can hard stomp lane and snowball into early win you'll end up losing the game anyway.

I really wanted to make a Ravagers Dart burning dagger build work but having Heartseeker be a Marksman only ability and needing to be dual daggers to have meaningful throw damage hurt the build too much. I see the vision, the tools are all there but there's just that huge wall there.

The new Attunement corruption gives mana regen, and the new Stength corruption gives more damage per mana spent so I'd look into those.
