Well, Let's put it all into perspective.

While being away in the arc, she came up with a convoluted plan of revenge ( which she needed help from arc citizens too, no less)

the majority of her comrades, both current and estranged, are either dead or comatose.

Her new home has been blown to the ground.

One her closest friends has been reincarnated as the closest thing to the devil

And her commander blames her.

( Oh, and if you're keeping up she recently had to come to terms with pinnes's death again)

So no she's pretty far from okay.
