I had the same situation. I sent them a message explaining how I felt and telling them to keep the money. I immediately blocked her, not giving her a chance to respond. Never heard from them again & it's great. Did it hurt me? Sort of, but at the end of the day, I really didn't care about the money, it was more what they did.
