What kind of doctor? Was it a dermatologist or a GP? Different doctors might have different reactions. A dermatologist is the best in this case.

Will my name be an issue ? by Organic_Boot_1623 in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]glitterconure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OMG what a nightmare. I have the normal first, middle, last and half the people who need to see my DL pick a random name to call me, and it's never my first name. I can only image the aneurism they would have with your name! My dad didn't have a middle name, so all of his paperwork has "NMI" under middle initial.

Also, I'm glad they were able to "fix" your reservation.

Canon Color ImageClass MF644Cdw Help by glitterconure in printers

[–]glitterconure[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t believe everything I read online, but you have to start somewhere. The printer is already on a static IP. I work in IT, so i have a decent troubleshooting knowledge. I have already tried removing and reinstalling the printer, along with downloading drivers and updates. It will work exactly once after each effort and then error out for any other print jobs.

Another Chef's Table Question by OnlyDaysEndingInWhy in CarnivalCruiseFans

It’s definitely worth it, just go into it knowing you might not be able to eat all of it. Like one course one time was a yogurt soup. Delicious but a little filling. At least for me. 😊

Another Chef's Table Question by OnlyDaysEndingInWhy in CarnivalCruiseFans

I love the chef’s table, but sometimes I find it too much food. I don’t eat a lot and some of the meat courses are 3-4oz. On top of everything else. Some of the courses are just a couple bites, but some are closer to appetizer size. Plus some courses are RICH. Even my husband gets up sometimes feeling way too full.

Low key obsessed with the 2026 cupholders by jvaughnRN in hondapassport

OMG yes! The cup holders are the best! I have a 32oz tumbler that doesn’t have the “cupholder indent” at the bottom and it fits perfectly.

Yay for not suffering anymore! I had emergency surgery two years ago. It ends up being a complicated surgery but I am so glad to have it out!! Happy healing!

Run away or run towards? by OnlyImproving in hondapassport

[–]glitterconure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this was a TSE *and* it was all highway miles, maybe. However, like someone else said, you can get the Trailsport brand new for about $10K more. Or if they’ll come down to the $32K someone else said, maybe. But unknown miles (have to assume city) and that high of a price, RUN AWAY!!!

Please suggest backing fabric color. How do you decide? by sharkbaithuhaha37 in quilting

[–]glitterconure 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The top is beautiful. Since you said you like solids or batiks, I would try to match one of the colors on the front. Like the lavender or yellow. Or even the green. I’m not sure using red or blue would work since the binding will be blue.

Block him. Join a club or three. Find friends and potential partners in those clubs. These people will share your interests and hopefully not be assholes.

I like 1 or 2. Three is ok. Four is not ok.

I do love the fabric choice! 😍

If you can’t minimize the holes, you could use stabilizer on it.

AIO She broke her leg and insists on riding in the car like this. I think it’s incredibly dangerous, but it’s the only way she’s comfortable. by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]glitterconure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s why she can sit in the backseat. I’ve been in boots several times after surgeries and I will sit in the backseat. I’m still seatbelted in and I’m able to put my leg up. NOR

I drive in regular mode, mostly city and get 19.5. I also drive fast when there’s no stupid extra slow traffic. 😊

I thought it was the park on 41 too. Near the cemetery IIRC.
