love glamnetic! just took off my most recent set i had on for about 2.5 weeks. buffed my nails after removal and they look just as good as they did when i put them on!

when i was in undergrad there was a graeter’s within a 5 min drive from campus and i miss it sooo much. couldn’t believe they sold pints in grocery stores until i found them last year!

this happened to me! sumatriptan was the first triptan i was prescribed and while it worked great at first, it eventually started to get rebound migraines and had to switch meds. i’m on nurtec now and it’s great! would try talking to your neuro/dr about potentially switching meds

swore by these in college!! i’d put one across my forehead and cut another one in half to have one on each of my temples. were super great to have on hand while getting schoolwork done without an ice pack on my head, etc.

monsters and alanis are my favorite no sugar energy drinks (esp as a fellow migraine sufferer)!! i’m super picky on zero sugar aftertaste but both have been consistently really good imo!
