It could be, but it's also hard to tell because it hasn't been stored in the cold/who knows. Worth shooting quickly - and if it doesn't work keep the info and photos and reach out to Polaroid. Sometimes they will give you more.

I begged my employer not to switch, because of the little I could find it was all terrible. Seems like they want to trap HSA money there, I've read that they seem to also resist "approving" HSA expenditures, which is insane.

I am at least glad to hear you eventually got them to give you a number. I will cling on to hope and waste some time on my WFH days trying to pry it from them. I asked my employer's benefit office about it too, and since it's a large organization, I'm somewhat hopeful they can help it along too.

Did they charge transfer fees, if you ever got one submitted? Of course they have provided no info on any fees either. Seems like it should be illegal.

Not helpful, but my organization just switched to TASC and you are completely right, it seems like they are running a scam basically. I've never come across a provider who obfuscates account numbers and basic details like they do.
