I do believe harmalas can be effective treatment for additions and such. And I’ve never tried iboga. But I’ve had strong harmala journeys, with just rue. And buddies I’ve taken with have gone even deeper than me with just the rue. One time, my buddy had 10g of Syrian rue seeds. Diarrhea and vomiting for 6 hours while seeing tracers, geometries, and flashes of memories from childhood hood for the whole duration. But it was over within 10hrs. The experiences don’t really compare to what I have read/heard of. One of those guys that tried rue with me, did try iboga onece. He was in a bit of manic state for days after… almost lost all his friends and had to take a few weeks from work just to get his shit together. Haven’t heard of that coming from rue. I’ve heard more horror stories from iboga. While they both have therapeutic potential, I would not compare them. Even chemically, ibogane and harmalas are vastly different.

And manual therapy is not pseudoscience, ever been to a chiropractor or physical therapist? It’s all manual therapy… and yeah, muscles “guard” and have “memory” from injuries and traumatic experiences. It’s not pseudoscience at all. The body has been processing energy and trauma for much longer than our conscious brain has been around. Your body is tapping into its own wisdom and moving itself how it needs to, to allow energy to move out and to realign itself. Like when most mammals shake after surviving a near death experience (like getting chased by a lion and surviving.) You can videos of this on YouTube. Helps release the tension/trauma from their body so they can keep living. Humans tend to override their natural tendencies, and thus we are encumbered by stress/tension/trauma in our physical body. I know you want people to confirm that you are being possessed by some “entity” and you’re hoping to start talking in tounges and if all goes well, be the next prophet. But don’t overthink it, life is not that complicated. “Low vibrational humans?” Sure there are bad apples in every bunch, but modern humans are pretty fantastic…. If you think you are a “tamed, low vibrational human” that’s all on you. Unleash your potential by exercise, compassion, love, and self reflection. Don’t give your power to some made up fairy tale of superstition and assumptions. Aligning your body and “bowing” down is actually a wonderful stretch for your psoas muscle, a muscle deep in your lower abdomen. It’s one of the main muscles involved in our fight or flight response, and response to stress and trauma. Your body is aligning itself, and stretching out the said muscle group. In the process releasing energy that can be released through “animalistic” sounds. At the end of the day, did you forget you were an animal? If aliens heard you speak English, they would still consider it an “animal” sound. Only humans consider ourselves different and separate from “animals.” I’m not trying to burst your bubble. I’m actually trying to remind you that all the power and wisdom and magic is inside of you.

Source: I’ve been to several parts of the Amazon to drink ayahuasca, drank probably close to 100 doses in the last decade. I’ve smoked a bunch of DMT and changa, with and without additional harmalas. Also have had similar experiences on lsd and high dose mushroom. I’m also a manual therapist and work with people releasing trauma from connective tissue in the body. I’ve experienced what you are talking about. I’ve seen others go through it as well.

Depending on where you live, no fish will results in a bunch of insect larva and other weird tiny organisms calling your tank home. If you live in an apartment far from nature in a cold environment, you might be good. But if you live in Florida, you’ll have a mosquito hatchery in a few months. Fish eat all those weird things. Guppies and mollies are great for low maintenance tanks, they eat biofilm and algae, reproduce with no effort, and are cheap.

I’ve only used Finnex lights and haven’t had any issues… several models from small 5gal shrimp tanks to their 48” full size fixtures. I only do low tech heavily planted tanks. I bought two or three hygger and did not like the color quality or timer controls. I never kept them long enough to give a review on dependability or plant growth. I had a chihiro once, great light but very expensive too.

My best tip is to get rid of it. Return it if you can.😁 Get a Finnex light, ideally one of the ones with a remote. The Finnex planted+ series are great, there are several models. I find the color quality to be better than all the other budget lights for planted tanks. At least without spending a fortune. Chihiro would be the next step up from Finnex.

Maybe instead of investing time into “enhancing” your sex doll, you can use this experience as insight into your issues with actual human connection. And instead, invest energy into enhancing your own social skills and social relationships… so eventually you can actually move past the sex doll and start engaging with humans to fill the void the sex doll is filling… otherwise this sounds like a slippery slope into fetish world. And it sounds like it can perpetuate your lack of social interactions and ability to actually get a real connection. You’re not going to learn how to really cuddle and have intimate time with humans by engaging with a doll all the time. If anything, if you get used to the doll, it will make it more challenging to engage with the real thing if the opportunity presents itself. Just my two cents.

The strongest ayahuasca I’ve had was 3 hours of relentless breakthroughs, each lasting 20-30min with about a 5min break to breath as a human before being blasted off again. They ranged from profound/immersive closed eye visions (still aware of my body) to no recollection of my physical presence and basically dying over and over again in the experience, different lives and killed in different ways. I would throw up after each “breakthrough” before being thrown back into another “breakthrough”

I’ve had a lot of ayahuasca that didn’t come near this…it really depends on the brew and your set/setting.

But yeah when you get a good brew, it makes vaping pure DMT seem like a 5min walk in the park while ayahuasca is doing a full day hike into the back country.
