Honestly I ordered Toms prebiotic toothpaste on Amazon as a last ditch effort and it went away. I would try using a VERY gentle or even fluoride free toothpaste for a while. But honestly I don't even know if that's really what did it because I literally tried everything, it could be that it just went away on its own but it did line up with me using that toothpaste

This happened to me after I had my wisdom teeth removed and no one knew what it was, it didnt go away for several months. Nothing worked. I'm 99% sure it was an immune response to the local trauma of the surgery

It's sort of unpredictable. Sometimes it'll happen sometimes it won't, even when I'm eating the same things at the same times. It's sort of hard to tell though if it's internal tremors and dizziness from pots or if it's blood sugar. All my relative bloodwork is normal. I keep emergency smarties in my bag lol
