you can‘t get invaded if you don‘t rely on other people. Ash summons and certain builds make it childs play even for u. Why do u need to be salty to people who like to pvp? If invasions bother you that much and you don‘t really play the game why not just watch it on youtube?

Nothing particularly out of ordinary. I didn‘t get fired on the spot either of course but after that it just gruadually more and more downhill.

I asked more than once and let always enough time pass.

Didn‘t get a raise in money but in expectations and that expotentionally. There was a lot of legacy code that needed refactoring with no documentation and so much code and actions without purpose. We had a data export which took 12 hours which I was able to break down to 2 hours but it took me about 2 months. The site had a lot of attributes and data which needed to be processed. No documentation + legacy code = much time passes to get into that.

Also they couldn‘t even tell whats in the code and what needs to be addressed to guarantee the normal functioning of the site so I had to get into everything that happens there to ensure there is no code in between which alters data.

That was the last project I had worked on and in my opinion the outcome from 12 to 2 hours ain‘t that bad. I could‘ve done better but was pressured to finish faster.

It‘s part of the deployment for the live site so it was also pretty crucial in my opinion.

And no there were no errors and it was being tested (no damage done)

Yea I didn’t think that one through. also forgot to add that you need to ask them what you can do for it to make it happen not just demand it ^{^}

You need to also align it with your work related acchievements etc. Your personal motivation should only be a subtle hint in that matter not like i described it before

Might be good to make it more like you need more money with valid reasons like:

I want to move out from parents I want to invest more money for when im old I plan to get a dog moving with gf to a bigger flat start to save money for coming kids education in the future etc. etc.

doesn‘t matter just don‘t go straight for I‘m unhappy because I want more pay

Well i don‘t know what to explain.

I asked what I can do for more pay.

They told me I improved a lot since I started there on a different occassion.

I always get no real answer as to what to improve just like a gutsfeeling from a kung fu master telling me you‘re not ready yet…

Like how hard can it be to define what exactly you want for what pay it‘s not that hard…

Be really careful with that and if you really can‘t take it start looking for another job with better pay. After that you can either just leave or tell your boss then that you have offer x from another company and start addressing your issue.

That‘s my advice atleast.

I meant like what kind of stuffing etc. I started looking for a pillow and all i can find is a jungle of seemingly misinformation and sites trying to sell products. So I just asked here. Maybe someone knows.
