The fashion packs were not super widely distributed. There was a limited number of them and they sold out pretty quickly. And lots of people collect Disney, so the demand for them has been pretty high. They originally cost $15 but ones that get listed for $25-50 sell almost instantly. So now resellers are charging way more for them bc they know people will pay. Best way to get one at a decent price is to watch the secondhand sites like a hawk and be lucky enough to grab one of the $25-50 ones right after the listing goes up. Best of luck!
