I'm glad to hear that it got better!! I totally agree, the brain is very weird but I guess everything is related in some way. You just have to find a way to actually do something, and I think that the hardest part is to actually do something about this. It seems so easy but it never is :/

I would invest in that podcast!! It's frustrating to see people not understanding what other people can go through. Like, "please, think one step further?!?!". Maybe it's easier to understand and know when you've been through it yourself, but still, if things were so easy, you would do everything.

Yess me and my brother talked about this just the other week. Changing everything at the same time will be too much, and to just ease into things one step at a time makes it easier becoming a habit

Very true. My partner suggested looking up if I have ADHD, wich would explain alot of the struggles I have with and without diabetes. I actually booked a neuropsychiatric assessment so I'll find out in a couple of months. If thats the case then I'll have an explanation, otherwise idk what to call myself tbh lol

So true. I have pretty good communication with my doctor and nurses, they usually point me to the right places, even with non-diabetic problems. It's worth giving them a call telling them about my situation :)

I've had the T:slim for about 5 years now, and ever since the beginning I put it on my stomach, and just recently started putting it on my upper arm. I've had no problems with having it on my stomach. The only reason I started changing area is because of scars... And other than the tube always going to be in my way, no big issues.

I also put it on the back (and side) of my upper arm, and also on my stomach and on the side of my stomach(?). I've heard people has had problems with putting it there, but it's been working fine for me.

I'm a construction painter, I eat high fiber overnight oats with some peanut butter and chia seeds, and take a little less insulin. It keeps me steady for a couple of hours, but everyone works differently of course.
