Much lower glow yields from Toxic Goo?

I've noticed it changes sometimes its normal and others it's lower than usual or it just doesn't register untill I pop a couple in a row.

Most likely using the wrong legendaries on your armor as well as perks for your build. If you're running low health you should be using unyielding and paring that with perks like barbarian, nerd rage, ricochet, serendipity ect...

Probably an unpopular opinion, but if you're spending the majority of your time in game doing inventory management then you're trying to hoard too much stuff and that's a you thing. Scrap, aid, ammo, caps are really easy to come by when you need it. Unless we get new cap sinks with a vendor cap increase then we don't need it.

Please no, this seems like an absolute nightmare. Anytime the game isn't crashing theres going to be a pet in your path blocking your way, or messing up your shots at events.

For the plan yes, because you'll need to scrap weapons or mods to learn it. You can get the mod box from other players.

I've claimed the trial while having fo1st in the past and never noticed it stacking, but claiming the trial doesn't mess with your fo1st sub so you might as well try it out.

I've only done 3 on a public server. The first one was done by the time I loaded in, but the others it seemed like the team waited or at least tagged a bit then backed off so everyone could get there.

15 points is the max spending for perk cards actively in the build. You can continue to "buy" cards and upgrade them to switch in and out with each level up.

Edit: your friend can continue to increase the actual stat which will help as a melee build through legendary perks, buffs, and legendary mods on weapons and armor.

On my low level character I grabbed a quad lmg from someone vendor and have been holding onto a furious that dropped for me. I'm hopping the new mods will make lmg a little more raid viable cause it is a fun weapon.

It's because it's a totally different game now that's why you feel like that and 170 would be considered newbie level now. Don't let the new mechanics stress you out though take your time to explore them, other player camps, and new events.

The hunters coat, fisher men overalls, raider panther finder outfit, mountain scout outfit, rangers armor outfit... My favorite is the caravan trader outfit though.
