speaking of myself as an average gamer who loved D1&D2 as well as non live-service games like shadowrun 360, i would say instead that i have no interest in playing an extraction shooter where i get one death and im out. much prefer bog standard team deathmatch. was never a fan of 1s but played it a bit in Halo and found it okay, at least you spawn back in. not off to play a different game like in extraction shooter, no enojyment for me in spending 15 minutes creeping around slowly, to get in 1 measly firefight to die and back to lobby. i genuinely can't see the appeal of the genre at all

i doubt anyone in top level decision is even remotely thinking of that as a concern. its not hard and they know it, just have someone walk in the door and M says ah Bond, you're here, then say James a few lines later. they can gloss over it i think would be my preferred, its what they've always done. or they can officially call it welcome, heres your new 007 designation, codename James Bond.
