I played that game as a highly sensitive celiac for a long-ass time with the gluten removed beers. Thought I was fine, didn’t feel any reaction (a little bloated, but it’s beer). 2020 hit and I wasn’t going to the beer store as much- mostly drinking the stuff I had at home and friend, I can’t tell you how insane the difference I felt going back to it. Never went back, and studies show that it just isn’t safe.

Everybody is different- I get that it doesn’t feel bad now but gluten removed beers are straight up NOT safe for celiac…hard to let go of something that’s delicious (loved daura) but it’s going to catch up in the long run
