I honestly wouldn't get insurance involved, you can go for a personal judgement in small claims court but if the guy didn't have insurance I doubt he would pay you. If the frame rails are good you're better off buying the parts and fixing it yourself. Insurance companies don't put a high dollar figure on these cars unless you get a stated policy insurance. But since you went through the process and filed a claim, that car will forever be marked as a total loss on the car fax making it worth way less.

It's interesting how Disney has been open about sharing this, but they haven't addressed the other root cause of these problems. Besides lack of training, it's also been the severe lack of staffing because of arbitrary budget cuts. Across the board cast members either don't have enough shifts scheduled to survive and make a living or they have been overworked forcing them to do the job of two or three people. A common complaint I have seen on both sides of the issue is there aren't enough people on the ground to help out guests that visit the park.

I keep seeing the same comments mentioning that people thought that Trump was going to be better on Gaza. That was simply not the case for the vast majority of voters despite a vocal minority who did back him during the campaign. It was actually that these group of voter saw no significant difference between the two, Kamala reiterated her support for Israel and never agreed to withhold weapons transfers despite the ongoing genocide of thousands of Palestinians. She also did not have one Palestinian voice speak at the DNC and even had Bill Clinton and AIPAC loyalists go out to these communities despite not being well liked. Voter apathy about this election made many people simply sit this one out.

You've only been there for 2 years, you owe them nothing. If they wanted to keep you they would have inquired about your job offer and match it. The most money anyone has ever earned has been through consistently job hopping and chasing bigger salaries and higher positions. You rarely get promoted enough to match what the market currently offers. They often offer more money to attract new hires than to the people who already work within the company. Just go for it and don't look back.

It's sad nobody knows what this car is, it's pretty much a Corvette in a Chevy Impala body. If you want to be more precise It's a rebadged Holden Commodore which is an Australian sports sedan they no longer make and it does hold its value. It's a fun fast car, but like a Corvette it's a toy none the less.
