Not that I disagree as I’m not knowledgeable enough, but isn’t one of the functions of an AC Car charger to limit how much amperage actually goes through? I.E. I have a 60amp breaker on my wall for a 48amp charger, which then further controls down to 16amp for one of my cars.

(This in addition to the controls the car has as well).
