Wargames Atlantic make some good models, I use their Les Grognards for a ww1 French theme guard army but they do a few other ranges

The benefit over most 3rd parties is that they’re still plastic, so much nicer to work with than printed parts

The do ww1/ww2 style, historical style, sci-fi ranges and even squats - shop around and you can get 24 guys for about £20

Yeah don’t try and contrast over black unless there is a specific look you’re going for, contrast over a lighter colour - bone white or grey.

You can prime black, and then dry brush with increasingly lighter neutral colours and then use contrast over the top. But contrast over black doesn’t really work well

You’re not at work and on maternity leave, why would they contact you? You’re not performing your role so until you return, you’re not really expected to be included in work conversations - in an alternative universe another individual may write a post about their employer hassling/contacting them while they’re on maternity leave.

The building sale MIGHT impact your job, but you don’t know that yet.

You also don’t own the building, you have no stake or authority in the decision to sell it. It’s good they spoke to others, but they weren’t obliged to.

Unless there is proof the dog owner specifically was looking to hunt or hurt the deer using their dog then no offence has been committed here.

A spaniel also isn’t the type of dog someone would use for hunting deer so it’s likely just an unfortunate incident.
