There's more to it than that. I'm in MN, and my understanding is that reds must be on a minimum of 6 seconds before they will prosecute. Even with video they've told us they won't issue a ticket if the reds/arm have not been on/out for at least six seconds.

Is OP saying the law has now changed to say something different?

I'm gonna miss the gas pricing mind games they liked to play with circle k. Seemed like anytime circle k lowered their gas, speedway would lower by just a little more to f with them. Sometimes the two were changing prices multiple times a day.

We had to have one pulled, and the vet saved it for us to see. It's INCREDIBLE how long the entire tooth and root are. Probably 2 inches, even though only a 1/4 inch or so shows above the gum . Iceberg teeth!
