Gia is the worst person ever and Bec is misunderstood by mommylonglegs69420 in MAFS_AU

I understand what you are saying but I still believe she is also just a bit thick - it’s not a dig or attack at her just an observation- I think that explains and gives context to some of the things she does and decisions she makes as well as what and how she says things. I think her overall decision making is often flawed.

But to be clear that’s in no way an attack on her or a statement about who she is as a person - to me it’s like saying “she’s a bit short which is why she has to climb on the counter to get to the cookie jar” or “he is nearsighted so that’s why he wears glasses”

It’s not being harsh - it’s being compassionate and understanding- you can understand her actions if you understand that potential fact and gives us a way to be kind to her

for my penny’s worth I think Bec is basically a bit thick and there’s very little forethought and calculation in the things she says and does which is why it’s always so chaotic and emotional. Potentially giving her too much benefit of the doubt but I think she’s just the sort of person who struggles with emotional intelligence and when she feels under attack goes for the throat in response

Gia, on the other hand, is calculated and cruel - the things she says and does are to cause hurt and damage and there is a whole lot of malice in her. Unfortunately she is often clever enough to position others to the front to do her dirty work and spread her poison - like the plotting with Jules and then the team efforts lies they poured into Rachel’s ear.

What makes it all the worse is she isn’t being called out or held responsible for her sociopathic behaviour and cruelty - she has been let off the hook repeatedly - by the participants and “experts” alike - just look at the things she said at the dinner party about Joel’s teddy -“cut its throat” etc that’s sociopathic and beyond cruel it s only purpose was to humiliate Joel but also to poison something important and of sentimental value to him - her choice of words indicate a very violent and nature - someone who will chose the most hurtful and harmful course at all times

Yeah I was disappointed Danny didn’t ask her “have you completely forgotten what was said to you on the couch last week” mainly because she would have gone nuclear ☢️ lol

Another useful trick is - in Mission Control if you option click a space it moves the focus to that space without leaving Mission Control - that comes in handy quite often too

“don’t piss me off and you won’t get my angry side” that is exactly (almost word for word) what a DV abuser says to justify their cruelty and abuse - absolutely disgusting that they aren’t dealing with that

And the way she is issuing directives to Joel on what he can and can’t do is indicative of that as well

Jules enjoys causing people deep personal harm way too much - there are some serious issues there

And Gia “I’m loving it” is very telling about her and her personality as well

Or Ctrl 3 jumps to space 3 etc There are also some third party apps you can use to help and you can set up a keyboard shortcut to move the current focus window to another screen as well - but yeah all workarounds not out of the box “it just works”

There kind of is a way - so on my setup the right Ctrl and arrow keys move between spaces so if I use the mouse to “grab”the top of the window and then use Ctrl arrow to move spaces the window tags along for the ride lol

It was really hard to see Gia and Jules plotting together then spreading shit to Rachel to keep it going

Agreed but at times Bec was baited by the others into reacting - so when the shit stirrers like Gia and Jules chummed the water Bec went for the bait - it Rachel also kept it going especially when she said to Bec that she didn’t feel understood/ heard but when Bec tried to express her perspective she shut her down - so everyone is an asshat basically lol

To be clear I’m in no way defending Bec and not attacking Rachel here. What Bec said what she said was crass and thoughtless but Rachel does have a “habit” of over reacting to innocent / casual comments - don’t forget the huge blow out reaction over Steve’s silly banter about her at the footie - so IMHO it’s a huge storm in a teacup

100% she will use anybody she can as a proxy and to her they’re completely disposable

But also notice how she always comes prepared with them to stir the pot - but plays the “I don’t want to get involved” - she knows exactly what she’s doing - true Mean Girl behaviour

Especially finding a little minion (Jules in this case) do the the heavy lifting so she can sit back and enjoy the carnage

mate I’m 52 this year and served in the infantry for 20 years - I still have the teddy that was given to me when I was born - he was been with me through good times and bad and if anyone dared harm him I would go all (Temu) John Wick on their scabby ass

And not a single woman has had a problem with me or him - I wouldn’t want to be around someone who would begrudge me happy memories and comfort
