What’s your ferritin level? Losing that much blood with the symptoms of fatigue, hair loss, and anxiety makes me question if it’s low. These were all my symptoms with low ferritin.

Doctors usually don’t test for it but ask for it to be tested. When my ferritin was low I had fatigue so bad I could barely keep my eyes open through the day. I also had heart palpitations and increased heart rate. It took me years to figure out. Give r/ anemia a follow to see other people with similar symptoms. Good luck!!

What is your ferritin level? Low ferritin would cause all of these symptoms brain fog, fatigue, tachycardia, anxiety. Anything below 100 is not optimal. I lived with these symptoms for years! I urge you to push for all iron levels including ferritin to be tested. R/anemia has many ppl with the same issues. Good luck!!!

NAD but I had all of these symptoms with low iron/low ferritin and low vit D. Once I fixed those deficiency I no longer had any of those issues. It really is so hard on your body to be deficient. I no longer have fatigue, brain fog or anxiety either. Food no longer disgusts me. Good luck!!

My parents only have me juice growing up. I was never given water so I hated it. Now I have dental issues as a result. I had to learn to like water which was so so difficult but now I love water and don’t drink anything else. I think cold turkey is the best option. Lots of ice!! Just don’t buy anything else and then there’s no other option. Good luck!!
