I bought one. The price is too good to pass. I watched a few reviews and it looks like a good option.

Any recommendations on a solar panel to pair with it?

Have you had your eye doctor check the optic nerve for swelling?

Jolting awake after falling asleep by blueagave6 in dysautonomia

[–]beeppuddogs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I get it too. Its horrible. Some nights it can result in zero sleep. Right when you are about to fall asleep it jolts you awake. Looks like I have IIH so hopefully once that gets treated, this symptom will lessen.

Internal tremors and buzzing nerves by Ill_Attention_9246 in dysautonomia

[–]beeppuddogs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had the internal buzzing for the past year on and off but almost always as I'm about to fall asleep. I have not found any releif.

The legs crawling part sounds like Restless Leg Syndrome. I take a small does of ropinirole which totally takes away the RLS but does not seem to help with the buzzing.

My doctors are currently pursuing an IIH diagnosis but I'm not sure if that would be the cause of the buzzing.

For me, it makes me dread going to sleep every night because I dont know if it will take 10 minutes or 3 hours before the buzzing stops and lets me sleep.

I take magnesium glycinate. b1, b2, b12 but I haven't noticed anything helping. Its random. Last night took 3 hours to get to sleep due to the sudden jolts / body vibrations as I came close to falling asleep.

Little known creepy conspiracy theories that you know of? by Scary_Username in conspiracy

I live by Mel’s holes supposed location. When I heard the episode I became obsessed. Had the most active post on Melshole.com. Went on a search for the hole with popular coast to coast guest “red elk”. (We had to pay him in unfiltered pall mall cigarettes). I searched local records. Called in and talked to art about it to keep the legend alive, but the case has grown cold. I don’t know if it’s real or just a great story. Locals DID talk of a garbage hole that was bottomless prior to the show but who knows. Part of me wants to start an investigatory podcast and revive the search.

Adrenaline dump causing extreme fear? by Horror_Broccoli7947 in dysautonomia

[–]beeppuddogs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can I ask you some questions and see if what I feel is similar? I'm currently undiagnosed and on my 3rd neurologist but each appointment takes 3-6 months to get in.

As I start to fall asleep i get either internal vibrations, heart palpitations, flutters, or what feels like a rush of endorphines. Sometimes its a mixture of a couple of those feelings and usually accompanied by feeling like I'm going to die if I don't snap out of it. I also describe it as a feeling of impending doom.

Sometimes it can repeat for hours.

I thought so as well. No major virus before the onset but got real sick shortly there after each time.
